1. Create a general list of products in the Food tab.
2. Create a list of meals by setting the alert time in the Diet tab.
3. In each meal, select the best products from the general list that you want to eat at a certain time.
4. Enter your own weight.
5. Choose how you want to see nutrients total amount or nutrient per kilogram of own weight.
6. Counting nutrients, the application will do it for you.
